No Grid password is needed to request a reset. First sign in with the ChatGPT account that uses your invited Grid email.

After sign-in, check the email shown and select “Email me a reset link.”
If you already opened an invitation or reset email, sign in first, then reopen that email’s link in this same browser. Do not copy or share the link.
